We want to give you a quick overview on how orders are processed and shipped here at Soft + Salted! We hold order drops one Thursday per month at 6 PM Central Standard Time. Our cookie flavors rotate with each drop, but our best-selling Salted Chocolate Chip will always remain on our menu! We bake cookies to order just before shipping to ensure they are at their freshest when you receive them.  All orders are packaged and gift wrapped by hand. Our cookie gift boxes are shipped about 2-3 business days following our order drop. We ship orders via UPS or USPS to ensure you receive them within 1-3 business days and to account for any unforeseen circumstances. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to your carrier with your tracking information to get more detailed information about your shipment and file a case if necessary. Soft + Salted is not responsible for package delays or missing packages.

SUMMER WEATHER ADVISORY:

Our cookies are not packed in insulated boxes and do not contain ice packs. When the temperatures are warmer, we recommend keeping a close eye on the delivery date of your order and arranging for someone to receive the delivery if you are unable to do so. We are unable to request where your order is delivered. If your cookies arrive a bit warm from the shipping journey, don't worry - they are still safe to enjoy and just as delicious.

Shipping FAQ

Where do you ship? 

We ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, so you’ll receive it within one to three days. However, if you would like to get your package faster, we also offer expedited shipping options.  

How much do you charge for shipping?

All shipping options for your delivery address are displayed at checkout, along with the exact prices. 

Hi! I made a mistake while I was placing my order! Can you help? 

As long as your order has not shipped, we can most definitely make changes to the contents of your order and your shipping details! Email myorder@softandsalted.com to let us know, and we will get right on that. 

How do I place orders that will be shipped to multiple addresses? 

At the moment, we can only process orders with one shipping address at a time. If you want to place orders going to multiple recipients, reach out to us at hello@softandsalted.com, and we will be happy to help! 

Where is my order?

Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an email with your order confirmation. You’ll receive another email when your order has shipped, which will have the link to your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to get updates on your package while it is in transit. You will receive one more email once your order has been delivered. 

I received an email saying my order has been delivered, but I don’t see it outside my doorstep! Can you help me?

Absolutely. There have been instances where delivery carriers have marked packages as delivered by mistake. We recommend waiting until the end of the next business day to see if you receive your package then. If you have not received your package by then, please contact both the carrier and hello@softandsalted.com, and we'll do what we can to find a solution.

Help! There was a problem with my order!

Do you accept returns? 

Because our cookies are perishable, we are not able to accept returns. If you had issues with your order, please email us at myorder@softandsalted.com letting us know what happened, and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
