Cookie Care

Soft + Salted cookies are made using premium ingredients and are baked fresh right before shipping. When you receive these cookies, we recommend storing them in an airtight container. To get that fresh out-of-oven taste, heat these cookies in a 350° oven for four to six minutes, or until warm and gooey in the middle. 

P.S. These cookies can be frozen too! Simply place the cookies in their original packaging inside the freezer as soon as you receive them. When your cookie craving hits, heat these cookies in a 350° oven for five to eight minutes, or until they’re warm and gooey in the middle.

How big are Soft + Salted cookies? 

The cookies are 1/4 pound each! We wanted these cookies to be satisfying, and these cookies definitely do the trick.

Are your cookies actually salty or just sprinkled with salt? 

The cookies taste sweet! Salting the cookies on top is our signature. The salt brings out the sweetness of the cookies. 

I have a food allergy, what can I eat? 

All of our cookies are handcrafted using shared equipment, which process ingredients containing traces of dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and tree nuts. If either you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we try our best to handle ingredients containing allergens with care (and unless we specify that a cookie is allergen-free), we are not an allergy-free bakery. 

Do you have nutrition information available? 

We don’t have nutrition information available at the time, but we love how big our cookies are. Our cookie boxes are great because you can share these cookies with your friends and family or freeze them for when those cookie cravings hit. :)

I absolutely love Soft + Salted cookies! Do you ship them? 

Yes! We have order drops every other Thursday, and we ship nationwide! 

Can I do an order pickup? 

Yes! You can get more info on order pickups here. 

I’m sending a gift - do you include prices in the box? 

We do not include the prices in any of our boxes. 

I’m sending a gift and would like to include a message - how do I do that? 

During checkout, you’ll have the option of including any special notes about your order. You can write your message here, and we’ll be sure to add it to your box for no extra charge.

I’m sending a gift but don’t want my name on the paperwork - can you help? 

Not a problem! Our boxes do not contain any invoices or billing information, so all your recipients will see is a gift-wrapped cookie box and a personalized note, if you choose to write one. :)

Can I customize the cookies in my gift box? 

Yes! You can customize your gift box to include whichever cookies you prefer. We’re here to make sure you receive your perfect box of cookies!

Hi! I don't see my favorite flavor on your website anymore. Has it been discontinued? 

We rotate flavors for each order drop, so if you don't see it one week it will probably be available in a future drop. We have seasonal flavors that we retire at the end of that season, but we usually bring them back, so stay tuned! 

Can I order in advance? 

Not at this time! We have order drops every week, and we announce it via posts and stories across all of our social media outlets and our email subscription to keep you guys in the loop!

How can I place a bulk order? 

We aren't shipping bulk orders at this time, but we're open to local pickups for these types of orders (the order would need to be for more than two dozen cookies to qualify as a bulk order). Email us at info@softandsalted.com and we'll work with you! Read more about catering orders here.
