Milk & Cookies Hat Return Policy

We want you to love your Soft + Salted merch. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hat within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return:

• The hat must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• The hat must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or any other signs of wear or use.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period after approval.

Soft + Salted reserves the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or does not otherwise meet the requirements outlined above. If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
